Intelligent Beauty - IQ DERM RIP OFF! Did not honor their ad about their face cream being FREE and you only pay 1.00 shipping charge. They put you in a 30 day trial and the product does not arrive until 2 wees into the trial. They then tell you they are billing you 97.00 some odd dollars! If they charge my credit card, I am suing them! Valencia California
I ordered IQ Derm FREE for 1.00 shipping and they asked for my credit card to charge the 1.00. They didn't say anything about a 30-day free trail, etc. When I got the package 2 weeks INTO the 30 trial - they then said if I didn't send back the product in a certain time period which would have went into the 30 days (didn't even get to use the stuff), they would charge my credit card 97.00 and this was a deal!
I got so mad the day I opened the package, I immediately sent the product back the very next day! I had to PAY out of my pocket shipping charges which they did not say anything about this in their ad.
They are a huge rip-off - I am reporting them to BBB and Attorney General office. They BETTER NOT charge my credit card since the package should arrive to them before 1/10/08! This is the time period they gave me to get it back to them and I didn't even get to use the product!
