Interact Moving (http://www.interactmoving.com) is a Brazilian shipping company located in Los Angeles. If you recently shipped either directly with them, or via their Bay Area agent Rosimeire (Meire) Osorio, you will most likely never receive your shippment and will also loose the shipping fees you paid. If you are considering shipping with them, DON'T!! My sister in law, as well as other Brazilians in the Bay Area, paid Rosimeire Osorio $3000 to ship all her household belonging (over $12,000 in value) to Brazil on February 2009. She was promissed to receive her shipment in Brazil within 4 month. As of today, 15 month later, she hasn't received anything, nor heard anything. Multiple phone calls to Rosimeire and Rosana from Interact Moving resulted in finger pointing against each other and against the Brazilian custom, with endless promisses that it will arrive next week or next month. So far there is no end to it. I am aware of at least 5 Brazilians who shared the same container and never received their shipment. The company will not even refund the shipping cost. We are planning to sue this company and would like to know of others with similar issues.

I contracted this company in 11/2009 to ship 3 moving boxes(valued about US$8,000 with personal belongs) to Brazil which suppose to take 4 to 6 months to arrive. Everything 100% legal to export to Brazil since I have an authorization by the Brazilian Embassy in LA.
Since 04/2010, after many tries, Rosana Clark(owner/thief) keep tell me by mail([email protected]) that the container has arrived in the port of Santos and is in the customs clearing process or the container is about to arrive and never comes.
Has been several weeks with out communication from her part and I really would like to be part of any law-suit process or even help to put this thief in jail, as far as I know a lot of people have been damage by her company.
Hope we find a way to damage her too.
