Interland ripoff fraudulent billing very deliberate Atlanta Georgia
Interland hosted my site for years, and when they made a mistake in my billing, they made me jump through a hundred hoops to even get to a person, and then that person REPEATEDLY promised me that THEIR MISTAKE would be remedied and they'd credit my account somewhere between $100-$200 for the overcharges. Not only did they NOT fix the problem, and NOT credit my account, they also IGNORED my request to cease services and continued billing my account the OVERCHARGED amount indefinately, LONG AFTER I STOPPED USING THEIR HOSTING SERVICES.
I HAD TO MIGRATE MY WHOLE SITE OVER TO ANOTHER HOST BECAUSE (REGARDLESS OF THEIR PROMISES) THEIR "SYSTEM" KEPT THREATENING TO SHUT DOWN MY SITE!! THEY NEVER STOPPED CHARGING! I HAVE TO GO TO MY BANK EVERY 6 MONTHS TO STOP THE CHARGES! BEWARE OF THESE JERKS, CHECK 2003 REPORT!
