Aluminum roofing tiles bleww off during a storm and INTERLOCK will not respond to warranty inquiries. When I purchased the roof it came with a lifetime warranty for the original owner (which I am).
When calling the phone number listed on the INTERLOCK website I get a call service regardless of when the call is made. I have not recieved a return call to date.
INTERLOCK has managed to set LOWEST bar in consumer relations I have ever expierinced. INTERLOCK is the worst I have expierenced.
Beware INTERLOCK has offices across the US including Alaska and Hawaii, they also have offices across Canada. Noi place in North America is imune from their poor service.
