I recently purchased a logo from this company. Like other complaints I have read, they have not come through with the other services they claim to offer when you purchase a logo from them. I did receive an email with instructions on how to claim these services, but upon following their instructions they lead to nowhere! Then, I have gone to two different "contact us" places to leave them an email, but the emails NEVER go through.
Furthermore, I can't find a phone number for them anywhere. I see on the other reports that others have been able to call, only to leave voice mail, but it looks like they have removed their phone number as an option to contact them! I am very, very displeased!
