Donna
Wall,#2Consumer Suggestion

If Mr. Hillman truly believes it is just a small group of disatisfied investors that have problems with the way he does business or the type of product he represents, then he should refund our money and we will return his shoddy products/displays. Wouldn't that make sense?
Instead he choses to harrass us with continued nonsensical emails, make empty promises of a potential refund, and expend his time/energy and money on legal fees. Mr. Hillman wouldn't have any legal fees if he 'did the right, thing'.
Once again to reiterate a simple solution........we send back the candles, you send us back our money. Thank you.

My name is Nat Hillman, President of International Candle Corporation. My first thoughts upon learning about the posting about I.C.C. were to ignore it, since it is unsubstantiated. However, we are proud of our company and what we have built here. We are an importer and distributor of scented candles. We import from around the world and distribute throughout the United States. Donna has been contacted and we have discussed her concerns. Her situation is under review, and if in any way, I.C.C. has failed to its obligations to her, then we will certainly make accomodations.
Distributors have to understand that the products we import and distribute across the country may not be specifically tailored to an individuals tastes. We offer a product line that sells well in different parts of the country, across a broad range of demographics. We certainly do not consider our product to be "junk" by any stretch of the imagination. As far as Donna's communication problems with us are concerned, we have had a bit of a backlog due to the busy season circumstances beyond our control. Everything is now up to date and we are looking forward to what is expecting to be another record-breaking holiday season.
Sincerely,
Nat Hillman
