Since I originally posted my complaint regarding "International Clerical Services", I have spoke with the owner of said company. She has re-assured me that she was not involved on the hacking of our systems. Upon further reveiw of their business I find only the wording was coppied the idea has actually been changed. We have now come to a mutual agreement on this situation. I hereby wish to humbly appologize for the afore mentioned allogations.

I work for International Clerical Services and what American Secretarial Services has accused Sheri (Manager of ICS) of doing is ludicrous. To say that she hacked into his system is not true. She emailed me about a month ago, asking me how to download an upgrade of Microsoft Outlook! I signed up with A.S.S about two months ago, and I never received any material. I tried to contact him numerous times, but to no avail. My sponsor at that time also tried to contact him, but couldn't. It was then realised by my sponsor that he was a scam, so he informed me about that. That was when I was introduced to Sheri's business (ICS). From that time, I've never looked back. Also, the email address that American Secretarial Services used in their website was a free account ([email protected]), so I can't see how this email address would've been affected by the so called "hacking". I do not believe that A.S.S. was hacked. He said that his system was hacked at the end of last year, and yet he was still taking in new applications AND money. I emailed Ron a few days ago and informed him that if he was true and professional in his dealings, then he should've kept a back up disk (or system) of all of his current employees so that he could've contacted them to let them know about the "hacking", and NOT TO TAKE ANY MORE APPLICATIONS OR MONEY UNTIL THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED. I know for a fact that he did not do this, as the person who sponsored me could not contact him AT ALL and did not know what was going on. If you brought up a search on A.S.S with rip-off, you will find at least 14 other complaints. You will also find that he has been reported to the Better Business Bureau at least 20 times. It is only now (in response to the initial report that I lodged), that A.S.S has decided to put in a report against us, stating that we copied their website without their permission. This again, is a lie, because Sheri asked for his permission. But the big difference here is that ICS pays out and a*s does not (and also takes a long time to respond as you will find in the other reports made against them).

This is in response to American Secretarial and His Client's accusations. Yes, I am a former employee of American Secretarial. Yes, I discontinued working for him because of not being able to contact him. Yes, I did start my own company. If you visit my site, you will clearly notice our concepts are totally different. We are two different companies offering two different types of income. I have called Ron at his home phone number and we have discussed all the issues pertaining to this report. Everything Has been cleared up between both companies. The only issue riding on this case is who violated his company. Thank You,
