I had contacted The BBB of NJ for the Bergen county but reached a dead end because the "company" had relocated or closed. Based on what Theresa in Texas stated (Thanks), I sent all the information to the BBB in Southern Nevada, who put me through to the consumer Affairs Division. I gave them phone numbers and any names I had. They informed me they could not help me. No company by that name was out of Nevada. They felt the NJ BBB would be of better assistance so they forwarded my information to them. I am back to where I started. PLEASE, if anyone has new updated information, let the BBB in your area know of his names, phone numbers, other people you speak with connected to this 'business'. Try to get towns of where they say they are located and an accurate name. Be sure to keep a copy of the bank statement that tells how much was taken from your account.

I mailed a letter to BBB of Nevada, and to the Nevada Consumer Affairs Division in response to a woman's statement he was advertising for workers, and said he was out of Las Vegas. I received an email from the BBB office who stated the 'business' does not exist and they cannot further investigate without more information. PLEASE if anyone else has responded to a newspaper ad looking for workers as at home medical claims processors, TRY and get a business name, address, or the 'technical support' email address-the last one, [email protected] is no longer valid. PLEASE post anything you may have. He also changes phone numbers when people start going after him. His latest number is 800-757-1037. Prev numbers include:800-494-7186 and 800-601-9136.

Thank you Theresa of Weatherfield, TX. Im writing to BBB of Las Vegas, and if you do the same as well as to the BBB of your area, it would help get the word out. I had also sent warnings to the NJ newspapers, and had Investigators contact him-maybe that is why he moved/changed his number. Thanks for your help. If anyone else has been ripped off and rudely spoken to by this Eric Hopkins, PLEASE respond with ideas to stopping him from taking money from more people. Alicia Ashaway, RI

I just read your complaint and you asked if we had a new phone number for Eric Hopkins to let you know. He is still placing ads in my local newspaper. I have warned the paper that he is a scam and not longer after that he changed his number to 1-800-757-1037. He scamed my father and I also. He is rude and called us both horrible names. I have no idea how to get this guy. I am willing to help if you know how. He did say in one of my phone conversations with him that he is in Las Vegas. I don't know if that is true or if he was just trying to throw me off. Thank you,

I had Eric Hopkins investigated and at the start he refused to answer questions/not return phone calls. The Office of Consumer Protection in NJ informed me since April 24, 2007, the "business" has relocated with no forwarding information. If anyone has received or seen any recent advertisement to work for this company, please post.

The 1-800 number they inform you to call (and then not keep) is 800-460-2806. The "coordinator's 800 number is 800-601-9136, his name is Eric Hopkins. Another name used when the $299.00 fee was taken from my account is International Merchandise. When you call for work after receiving the Program CD, they say to download the program, study, take and pass the quiz then contact them for further instructions. They say work is guarranteed, they do not say you would be soliciting work from the Dr's names sent. If no response is received from the Dr's, they ask what you want to do, and when I said I want my money back, I was told the minimum number of "batches" wasn't sent out. I have done the required minimum, received no replies, and when I contacted the "customer service" online, I was told they are a 3rd party and all problems need to be talked over with the "coordinator" Eric is rude, nonprofessional, won't answer questions until it is brought to his attention more than a few times. A report is filed with the New Jersey BBB.
