International Lotto Commission ripoff received letter from La Primitiva Loteria on 8/20/06. The boys in spain are at it again. Madrid Spain Nationwide
The boys from Spain are back to their old tricks again. I received a letter,by snail mail, on 8/20/06 to inform me I had won a prize of $715,810.00 in the La Primitva Loteria in Spain. I was suppose to contact Don Pedro Martinz the foreign service manager of Atlanico Grupo Segruidad S.A. Just wanted to let people know the boys from Spain are back!
