International Marketing - World Perfume ripoff dishonest fraudulent specializing in taking advantage of those in need of employment Lombard Illinois
My 21 year old cousin was recently hired as a "Branch Manager" for International Marketing. He was promised his own office, a secretary, and a slew of his own employees which he could hire or fire at his discression. He was promised that he would never ever have to sell anything!!
This company was extremely vague about any details surrounding what exactly it is that they do. However they did promise that no person has ever been laid off from their company and that at the age of 21, working for them, he would be able to retire by the age of 32.
After two days of interviews, in which they stated that there was just something that they see in my cousin they offered him a position as "Branch Manager". No offense, but my cousin is 21 with no prior work history and only one year of college. They told him they would teach him everything he needed to know to run his own office.
During his first week of "Training" they taught him a lot of psychological techniques to use to get people to buy the perfume.
He was told that he can charge any amount he wants to for the perfume, as long as he gave International Markening $19 for each bottle sold. They told him that as a "Branch Manager" the only reason he had to go business to business and sell perfume is so that he would "be able to relate to his employees."
By the end of the third day of "Training" they were telling him that they were so impressed by him that they wanted to put him on the "Training Fast Track" and that they wanted him to go on a business trip with them at the end of the week.
The "business trip" destination is kept top secret, they do not know where they are going until they get there. They were informed by the other "Managers" that they are not allowed to use any cell phones and do not contact anybody while they are on this "Business trip" this company is a complete and total RIPOFF and a SCAM. They pump up innocent people with promises of very little work for a whole lot of pay, they promise free vacations and they surround you with all these happy people who just love their jobs so much, and they just make so much money and they come to the office and just put their feet up and watch TV all day.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM. My cousin put in so many man hours for these people and never got even a dollar worth of compensation!!
