International Payout Services Rebecca Williams phone call saying I won 55,000 but had to purchase a approval receipt for 385.02 to show the delivery person. SCAM????? Georgia
I received a phone call from International Payout Services in Georgia she said. I won 55,000. and all I needed to do was get a approval receipt from a telegram place for 385.02 so when money was delivered I could show them the receipt. She gave me a code # and said only talk to someone that has that code. She then wanted to know all credit cards I had for their files and also my debit card. I told her I had no credit cards because I filed bankruptcy in the last year. I told her I would return the call when I purchased the approval receipt. I said why can't you take it out of the winnings and she said oh it will be refunded but has to be paid before delivery could place. If this is legit I would love it, but it sounds to much like a scam. Has anyone else received similar phone calls?
