International Satellite Communications Brutal Dishonest Take Advantage Of San Yasidro California
I just got my phone bill and noticed the high amount. I looked further into the bill and found three phone calls that my husband had made to me from a payphone in the lobby of his hotel in Cozumel, Mexico. They were for
$50.00 each and all three calls were under 6 minutes!
I called Verizon and ask them to explain why they would let a company rip off their customer in that way. They transfered me to ISC. The person I spoke to said that since the customer did not call the operator to request
their fees, he was charged the maximum. It works out to almost 10.00 a minute! He told me that there was nothing I could do to them with the FCC because they are an international company.
I urge every one who has been ripped off by this company to contact the FCC AND the hotel, etc. that has their lobby phones going through these con people. I am sure that the finer hotels are not going to be happy knowing that their customers are going home and a month later discovering that this phone pirate has hijacked their bill for hundreds of dollars. These people need to be stopped from doing further business with US Citizens!
