I have managed to get all my money back - it has taken a while, but I now have it. I emailed the Attorney General's Office, and also Better Business Bureau, and they acted IMMEDIATELY - Internet Adv. did agree to a refund straightaway, but it took a while to do it all because I am in England, and the credit card originally used is defunct. But I now have it. Thanks to these websites and the Attorney General. I wish we had something similar in UK!! Good luck to everyone else. Don't give up if you are entitled to a refund. They should be stopped from trading, this company.
