I purchased Microsoft Windows 7 from softwarereal.com. A charge was made to my bank account and an e-mail was sent with an attached link for Windows 7. After taking 5 hours to download the software, my computer was unable to install it.
The link sent through e-mail was not a correct link for the software. I attempted to contact the company to return this purchase, however there is no contact information on the website. The only way to contact is through e-mail, which I still haven't heard back from.
