Ordered boots from company on Jan 10 2005. Received wrong boots. Was told to ship back boots and correct ones would be shipped out. Received 2nd pair of boots and they were the same WRONG boots again. Was assured I would receive correct boots. 2nd Boots were shipped back on Feb 3rd and after weeks of waiting and uncaring unhelpful RUDE customer service who consistantly made it out like this was my problem, I finally requested a refund. Still have not received it on Feb 25th. NOTHING SHOULD TAKE THIS LONG. I recommend passing on purchasing anything from this company. There are plenty of other companies who appreciate their customers and are competant to fill your orders and resolve your concerns.

Just got off the phone with the owner Jaye of INTUITION. After a 30 minute conversation I would like to let everyone know that THIS IS AN OWNER WHO CARES ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS and unfortunetly had a representative (who is no longer at the company) who was tarnishing her business. I FULLY RETRACT ANY STATEMENT MADE IN PREVIOUS ENTRY AS THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED WITH MUCH SATISFACTION. I FULLY INTEND ON DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE KNOWING THAT IT IS OWNED BY A PERSON WHO BENDS OVER BACKWARDS TO PLEASE CUSTOMERS. thanks
