Invent-technologies - Othone Gomez rip off on first idea 1st and 2nd - stole my third idea Coral Gables Florida
hi , in 2001 i sent 2 ideas to invent-tech just to see how legit they were. who said they did a free patent search.and called me saying cogradulations his name was othone gomez,he had me send him 750.00 then 1000.00.anyway i found that my idea was already invented and they dint find it on thier free search.i found it myself.so i called invent-tech and told them that i wanted all the money i sent them put towards my main idea.othone says ok.so i send him my main idea what was called
(TRAILER GUIDE) OTHONE GOMEZ TOLD ME HE RECIEVED IT AND I HAVE A COPY of the papers i sent him along with all the papers and 2 gereral release forms and 2 confidentail release form to refund me 500.00 dollars.i never signed any of them.when i called the company and asked for othone gomez and where my trailer guide idea was they put me on hold for 20 minutes and they came back on and said othone gomez was nolonger employed with invent-tech and they have no records or the trailer guide on file.. theres more to this yet.but that pretty much makes a long long story short. thanks shane i also went through the BBB.

today i found the form i was suppose to sign and send back to invent-tech

the form is the one that states 4 pages of things i cant do and their rights .i didnt send it back to them.because they were to busy worried about getting the money. i have the form and my copy.also the idea that got stolen from me that is not on file at invent-tech (they say)i think i found it ! 6 months ago i was looking to see if i could find my idea on the net as there was never before this idea on the net after doing search after search.well i found it at http://whiteheather.co.nz/caravans.html ive e-mailed them a few times asking them where they got the trailer guides or whom they bought them from? today the the name is still on the site but nolonger the trailer guide which was worded exacly the same and the same trailer guide.

leslie hecker sent me 2 forms to sign. more less stating that i not take any action against invent-tech.if i signed a form they would give me 500.00 back.
