Complaint Review: Investor Toolbelt - Internet

BELOW IS THE FINAL EMAIL SENT 8/29 FOLLOWING OUR $11,000 PURCHASE ON 6/9:

Though never asked Why we feel so Wronged in our short relationship with your company, we thought you should know:
 
1.   The above statement speaks volumes in and of itself,  being no one ever asked why.
2.   We were told and sold what we were made to believe was a working program with properties available across the United States ready to be purchased.
3.   I alone (not counting partners' efforts) contacted 230 real estate investors across the U.S. informing them of our ability to provide deeply discounted REO properties with the option of being rehabbed with renters and management in place. (250 postcards were also mailed to others)
4.   We were told that additional commercial and residential properties were being purchased, particularly for us.
a.   Based on that, we setup both commercial and residential websites at great additional expense:

Then the bomb dropped.  We were completely unable to fulfill anyones property request in either category (commercial/residential) or in ANY area of the country as we were unable to locate ANY available properties though we tried dozens of times and requested support again and again and again without acknowledgement or even reply.  This in turn caused a complete and total loss of our credibility with our clients and contacts, costing us an extreme loss in future business.
 
We had been told that you were purchasing 20 to 40 million dollar lots of bank owned properties at a time, across the U.S.  We had also been told by Dion that the cost to research properties was $5 to $10 each whereas you said $19.95 each.
 
On your call to me you said, my company is in full force, were ready to go, weve re-tooled everything and were moving forward. I have 32 properties ready to go  Only 32 properties rather than the $20-$40 million dollar bulk REO purchases across the U.S. as we were told?!#?!#  Obviously somebody was lying!
 
Yet, you also said, I told you guys that I wouldnt even start the service until August 15th though what you actually said was that you would extend our Right of Rescission to August 15th due to the fact that we had no access to properties at that time and you even told Sylvia, your COO, to write that up (the extension) and send it to us (which she never did), along with never sending us the additional information she promised on the only 12 California properties sent to us from which we selected five (5) to be reviewed.
 
Thus, we had no idea at that point in time that you were NOT ready and in direct contradiction to your other statement above.
 
THE BOTTOM LINE:
 
If it was in fact that your re-tooling efforts were causing the inability to use the program as it was sold to us, WHY WERE WE NOT INFORMED OF THIS PRIOR TO OUR PURCHASE!?  Our only guess is that Dion wanted the commission in order to take his wife on the European trip he said they took (as his reason for not contacting us in regards to our inability to locate properties as well as the total failure of receiving support on this issue).
 
Considering the above reality, how could we not let others know of our experience in the complete failure of your company to provide the services and support we paid $11,000 to receive?!  This is beyond bad business practices and at our expense, irrespective of the return of funds, causing us to redress contacting the Better Business Bureau at a bare minimum as people need to be made aware.  Quite frankly and simply, you do not deserve to be in business.
