invies.com I got scammed they said my handbag was shipped when I haven't got nothing yet. Aurora,Colorado Internet

Hello I got scammed using invies.com. I ordered a micheal kors  handbag abd supposedly git shipped I ordered it on Nov 28, 2014 and was suppose to get it on Dec. 2-5. I send emails to them a nd I never get any type of response back.
