This company suspended my credit card processing facilities without any notice. They are withholding payments properly collected from customers who we have delivered the service to.The amount is over $20,000 and I have sent them all the supporting documents to prove that. They say I am a new account and have received 5 disputes in the 4 months we have been processing. They are withholding this money to cover any future chargebacks. Cole who terminated the account refuses to reply to my calls and explain to me what to do.

They are withholding funds from customers who have not yet received the services and we will contact those customers and refer them to Ipayment Inc. We will make it our priority to see these scum bags laid to rest.

They keep hitting our bank accounts for a number of debits that have no relation to any chargebacks and they will not explain what those debits are for. We signed up with Flagship merchant (Matthew Campopiano) who also would not return our calls or emails.

These guys are the classic credit card scumbags.

We learned our lesson will never sign up with a merchant processor without carefully researching it again. IPayment is a company has shady practices designed to to milk small business owners of small change that adds up to big bucks. It hides behind call centers and phone queues, and never returns phone calls or does what its representatives say it will do. It has a large network of front end "shill" sites that funnel potential victims to the central scam processor. Just do a search on Google to find the shady business practices from the management, and a mess of customer complaints. DO NOT DEAL WITH IPAYMENT INC!!!

Their SEC filing clearly says they have negative current assets so they cannot meet their current obligations. I would avoid dealing with them and definitely and would not RECOMMEND them to ANYONE!!!

DO NOT USE THEM -- they are thieves.

We got them through Flagship Merchant Service, www.flagshipmerchantservices.com, who is just as scammy as iPayment Inc is.
