IPB Customize IPB Modifications, Skinbox, PlayStation Edge, Matthew Race, Custom forum skin design rip-off, stole $200. Internet
I paid the company IPB Customize $179.95 (10% discount from $200), initial payment, to create a custom designed skin for my forum, this was on 29-06-2009.
A month down the line the excuses begin in regarding the delays, accepting that these things can happen I gave them a further month to finish the project. That time came and went, now over three months since the initial payment the promises of completion remain broken.
Upon opening a paypal dispute recently to dispute the charge they offer to refund the payment, upon accepting this, communication from their end has stopped, no attempt at a refund has been made, despite further unanswered communication requesting one.
Despite the fact they are unable to complete my order, and the fact they recognise they are having problems finding a coder/programmer to finish the design, they continue to accept and advertise for orders through their website.
Think twice before considering buying from this supposedly reputable company.
