This site offers a discount if you order more than one IPod Nano. Per their web site, all items are in stock, orders are to be shipped within 48 hours and take 3 business days to receive. A tracking number is to be forwarded to customer at time of shipping. I received an order confirmation containg a contact e-mail thru hotmail.com on 12/4/06 and thought this was a bit odd. I replied to that e-mail for my order status and was told that e-mail address was no longer available by David Rosen. I was asked to contact [email protected] for my order status.

I first contacted their number 12/11/06 at 877-816-6597 and spoke with a young lady in Canada. This is the only time I was able to speak with a REAL person, other than that it rings busy. I was told the IPods are shipped from New York and she didn't know the status of my order, nor did she have a phone number for them. I was told to contact this company via e-mail to their customer service & shipping e-mails, which are customer [email protected] & [email protected]. During the time I was speaking with her, their web site wasn't working. I questioned her if they were a valid company, because red flags were going off, she said they were.

I sent the e-mails...12/12/06 I was told it was shipped and I would receive a tracking # in 48 hours, since it took a while to update their system. (in this day & age it takes that long? I think not!) Today, 12/15/06 I tried the number in Canada again, constantly busy. The site has an alternate # if busy, which is 866-602-5425. When calling this number it says "mail box full" call again later. That wasn't very assuring. I sent another e-mail to David Rosen at the address he says is no longer in use, in addition to [email protected]. I heard nothing from David, but customer service told me it was being shipped out today....three days earlier I was told the same thing. This time, they told me I should receive it by 12/22/06. Let me do the math...order placed 12/4...48hrs later...should have been shipped out by 12/6...3 business days to receive...should have received it by 12/11/06.

I had my credit card cancel this charge....yes, I was charged 12/5/06 and have it disputed. I feel this is a SCAM to rip off people just in time for Christmas. I will have to purchase my son's IPod elsewhere, so he isn't disappointed on Christmas morning. Please warn everyone else about this! Apple's prices for IPods are the same no matter where you purchase them. This company advertises discounts for purchasing more than one and doesn't fulfill the order.
