I moved my website to another host. And, once I verified that everything was functioning properly, I canceled my Ipower account. I am pleased to report that Ipower promptly refunded me the balance of my registration fee.

How long have you had the domain name? How did they "prey" upon you, when you signed up for a domain via the 'net, and not actually speaking with someone? Did you actually speak with someone when purchasing your domain? I'd assume that you didn't, as you can't really register a domain over the phone.
