Like you, I have had a string of email conversations with limited success. They (IPOWER) obviously have a corporate policy on how they respond to this issue

WHEN THEY SAW I WASNT RENEWING URLS THEY SAID...AUTO RENEWAL
SO I CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD SO THEY CANT
