iREOPRO.com Blatant liars. They promise realtors listings. They offer a money back guarantee that they will not honor. Wilmington, Internet
This company offers realtors the "opportunity" to receive REO listings from banks that they supposedly work with. In order to be eligible, you have to pay $400 for their platform. They then give you valuation assignments for properties. These are labor and time intensive. They promise you that you will get listings within 6 months or they will refund you. I should have googled them before I fell for their scam. They have nothing but bad press on the internet. It has been 10 months and they won't return my money. They now saw it takes 12 months however the original welcome packet says 6 months. They refuse to return my money. I am filing complaints with everyone I can think of. I am also speaking to an attorney. If anyone is interested in joining in a lawsuit. Please let me know.
