IRRESISTIBLE TINY TREASURES - IRRESISTIBLE TINY - TINY TREASURES - Wuanita Spears RIP OFF ARTIST (KEPT $2000 for a YORKIE puppy that I NEVER RECEIVED)!!! SAUCIER Gulf Port Mississippi
I sent $2000 via bank wire on 5-26-06 to Waunita for a yorkie puppy. I was suppose to be able to go to Mississippi to pick out the puppy that I wanted.
Wuanita claimed that her husband had been in an 18-wheeler accident and that she was in New Orleans for a few weeks. Therefore, was unable to meet me to view the puppies.
Finally, after over a month of waiting and Wuanita's stalling, a friend and I drove to meet Wuanita and the puppies. However, the puppies that were there were much older that she had previously stated. She said that the younger puppies (10 weeks old) were with a friend.
After viewing the condition of the home and the dogs in the home, I requested a refund from Wuanita. Wuanita agreed to refund my $2000 and even signed a statement that I requested a refund and that she would give me a refund when the next female yorkie sold.
I sent several e-mails to Wuanita requesting my refund. However, she kept stating that she would send it as soon as the next female puppy sold. I still HAVE NOT received the refund nor have I received a puppy from Wuanita.
DO NOT PURCHASE A PUPPY FROM THIS PERSON. I don't think she could possibly even know what kind of puppies are being born until they are born. All kinds of dogs are left together to breed to whatever happens to get to it first.

Michelle, Yes you did come to my home but I dont know what you are talking about a puppymill? You saw my babies running in my home (as they always do)Yorkies.and only yorkies (you make it sound as if there were tons of dogs, but then that is what you are trying to do isnt it?).and yes you saw that I was suprised over one of my females breeding while you were there. Yes that is true..but I only had one male at that time(a yorkie that was to breed with my yorkie female) and he was a shy breeder. That was my suprise that he bred her while you and your freind and children were there standing in my home. That was the breeding I wanted to happen , you make it sound as if there were males and females of all kind and that is not true . Yes you saw them all free running and playing together. (I believe it was 8 yorkies total)That does not make a puppy mill. That is nothing less than slander. My dogs are so well cared for and you saw my pups and the parents and where this puppy mill thing is coming from is beyond me? You saw just what the AGs office saw at my home. Now how could this be? This is what I have been telling everyone..Everytime someone get on here there is more added that is Not true. Yes I owe you a refund and like everyone you will get it. I am working daily on this.. But Michelle, this is slander and defaming !Nita

It is Imperative that Anyone that has had dealings with Waunita aka Jan aka Nita Etc. go to The Attorneys Generals Office MS. Linda Davis The address was provided, I will provide number 1-800-281-4418. I believe that all of us collectively will make a difference and the right legal action will come to Waunita aka Jan aka Nita.
