Hello Dave,
I read your complaint about iSatellitelink and thought I would help you a bit. This also will benefit anyone that buys a digital product from Clickbank.
When you make a purchase through Clickbank (in this case iSatellitelink) you receive a Clickbank email immediately after sending them your payment. Clickbank is the payment processor that guarantees a full refund with no questions asked. I have come across some individuals that were very upset and telling everyone that Clickbank don't honor refunds when I know in fact they do.
I think what's happening is some consumers are not reading or understanding the Clickbank email instructions that provide their order number, instructions, and a link to visit their order page. But what happens is the individual will go directly to the service/product owner, in this case iSatellitelink, to request a refund. Clickbank is the payment processor and handles all refund requests. You can request a refund by calling them by phone or sending an email. So that shouldn't be an issue.
I'm wondering whether or not you followed through to get a full refund from Clickbank. I believe what some people do is they get very impatient, angry and tell everyone that Clickbank doesn't honor their refund policy.
So when some people post complaints (while in an emotional state) not everything is entirely true. As a result, the person making the complaint usually don't post an update to let others know they got their money back or the issue was resolved. I have requested many refunds from Clickbank from products that fell short of the mark, and even got a refund from products worked okay but I just felt like getting my money back. That's how simple it is to get your money.
So unless you come back and explain to everyone that you indeed got your money, I find it very hard to believe that Clickbank didn't honor your request, if it was within the 60-day money back guarantee.
