Iselfmoveiselfmove / Budget Rental Trucks /Felicia Chavez iselfmove got their money, customer got unloaded, but iselfmove won't pay the guy's who did the work!!! Iselfmove Nationwide
I WAS a vendor for www.iselfmove, a subsidary of Budget Rental Trucks. I am a small moving co., licensed, insured, and regitered with USDOT, located in Bullhead AZ. I was assigned to unload a 24' Budget truck on the 1st Saturday of August 2008. The customer contacted me and said she was arriving late so I agreed to unload her Sunday Morning ironicly to make iselfmove look good. It worked...not only did the customer express her gratitude for coming out on Sunday, but she was very impressed with our work ethic and our helpfullness.
Little did she (nor I) know at the time, that I would not be paid for my services rendered to date. I was told that it would take "Upto 15 business days to receive my check for $180.00". I know it's not much money, and I would understand if they gave me an explanation, but they won't return my calls, or emails, and when I get Felicia on the line, she is shortwith me, and forwards me to a non-existing acct. dept. So far it's been well over 60 days...
