The situation was like this, we got this sales person from Island Prime foods, or NY prime foods how ever you want to call it, since it change names over 4 times due to complaints ......he promised us an order of meats and food that would last us for 6 months and for a family of 5 ( yeah ok) and we will NEVER run out of food he claimed . Well after telling us, we can pick between a freezer and an air purifier and storage containers, as a package deal .... this so called containers and air purifier were going to be for free since we ordered the food, he made us signed a contract telling us, that was the only way he would get the products delivered. We did not know anything better about this company and when after the days go by did not receive anything he came and told us he would give us more food if we ok that the product was delivered and in good condition. We figured he was a good guy and trusted him. By the way we never got the product, or the extra food. In the other hand according to this so called DEAL we were going to pay on 2 accounts that way the finance company ( Jayco aCCEPTANCE CORPORATION FROM cALIFORNIA, WHICH I AM FILING AGAINST AS WELL SINCE THEY TRY TO COLLECT ON FRAUDULENT CONTRACT PURCHASED FROM THIS NY PRIME FOOD OR ISLAND PRIME FOODS on false promises to consumers and they already paid a large settlement to customer from other state for pulling this it was filed with the attorney General's office in the state of Nebraska ) will give us the product and would think we were paying on the containers and air purifier but everything was just going to be in paper since this was going to be for FREE ! well come to find out this was a scam and we would end up having to pay over 4000 for tupperware ??????? come on now who in their right mind would do that !!!! and at a high interest !!!
We started paying on the account thinking ok we dont want to ruin our credit .and more interesting we thought we were paying only for the food just in 2 different accounts ....and after trying to contact him for months and refusing to answered our questions, i finally was told Stuart (stuee) was no longer there. I called Jayco and a rep from tell told me theY had several complaints from customers that did business with this company and they were having a hard time getting them to pay them, since they got scammed !!!!!
Well with this i started to research on line and find several complaints ......and just now i looked online again and i found two very similar to our situation as well with the BBB. please stop this from happening to other innocent customers.....
