Italo Jewelry I purchased one of their items after seeing an ad on Facebook. After almost 4 weeks, I received an email that the item had been shipped. I never received it. I filed a complaint with PayPal and got no support from them either. Italo's customer service is absolutely the worst. They basically said to me, "we shipped it to you and we have the tracking information but if you never received it, TOO BAD! I buy a lot of things on line and if I didn't receive something, the company would stand behind it and fix the problem. These people couldn't care less. Don't buy from them.
