ITALSTEAM Junk Steam Iron Camarillo California
I purchased the ItalSteam travel iron from a vending cart at the Camarillo Outlet Center for $35. The iron is a piece of junk. The electrical outlet adapter sold with it doesn't fit properly and it blows out the fuse in your house when connected. Secondly if you do get it to turn on, it spews brown liquid ruining your clothes. You cannot operate the iron for more than a few minutes because it gets very hot and your hand burns. You can't refill the water because you can't touch the iron base. Since I paid cash, I can't dispute the charge with my credit card company. I have a hand written receipt that says "no refunds". I tried accessing their website but it returns with errors only. The company is obviously ripping people off. I recommend saving your money for a real steam iron.
