OK.. well I never said that these things werent happening, however, hiding behind CL and this website you are beginning to sound bitter.
The property managment company is there to assist both owners and residents, however, if things are not brought to their attention than how can any of the issues be resolved. Its calle being proactive, versus reactive and at this time no action is being taken.
I have commented on CL.. please feel free to contact me... I do live at Itopia.. and I have other units in Itopia that I rent and want to be proactive in improving the community, not just for me.. or my tenants but everyone.
SO I am challening you to contact me via email.. list your unit number.. the rental company and any other pertinant information that you feel I need to help resolve the issues. You do not have to leave me your contact number, however, the contact number your landlord/owner of the unit... Thanking you in advance in resolving the issues.

You must be the exception to the rule or just one of those GREEDY OWNERS I have read about.
YES, these things are happening at ITOPIA and God forbid someone has a mishap and falls through the wooden eaten decks by the Termites or someone gets shot by a drug dealer etc.
YES, we all know that there are Owners of each of these condos and that even makes it worse. You know why? Because if you have to B**** or complain about problems if a management company was involved at least you could get things resolved through the chain of command.
People do your homework and don't waste your time looking here!!!!!
Also, there are better condos out there that are newer and MUCH MUCH LESS then $800 to $1100 per month. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!! Who cares if the crappy Knology cable is included. Remember, if you want Brighthouse cable you have to pay for it out of your own money. Only knowlogy is covered and it is the pits of the pits!!!!!!

Oh my.
As an owner, resident and landlord at Itopia I am sorry to hear that your experience at Itopia has less than happy.
I have lived there for 3 years now, and have never saw/experienced any, if not all that you have. Wonder why that is?
Regarding bugs, as a resident your unit can be sprayed. Contact Julie at the front office and request the pest folks come by and spray, they do it on a weekly basis. Also, ask your neighbors to put in a request too that way the entire building is treated on not just your unit.
Snakes? I have seen a couple over the years, and I live on one of the ponds. If they are that much of a nuisance, again, contact Julie and explain the situation.
There hasnt been one boat parked on the properties since I have resided there. That goes for junky cars, too.
Who are you compaining to? Your landlord? or the front office?
The buildings are not owned by one person, most likely there are 16 owners to each building.
At no time do I advertise my units as all inclusive. I make sure it is known to my tenants that electricity is etc and I give them an idea of how much their monthly bill will be.
You are right, there is no laundry facility, but as far as I know most if not all unit as them in the units and are supplied by the owner of the units.
I could go on and on about your post. Again, I am sorry that you are bitter about your expierience at Itopia.
