ITouchless cheap materials & poor products Internet
I purchased a number of products from this company, and received their EZ Faucet. The EZ Faucet was made of very cheap plastic and started leaking within a month.
When I called customer service to complain about the problem, and asked them to send a replacement, they said that they could not do that. I explained that I tried to fix the problem myself, but the materials used to manufacture this product were so cheap that it was beyond repair. I offered to send the pieces back to them, but they were not interested.
This is another case of American companies manufacturing cheap products with no regard for the customer. Then they wonder why they are going bankrupt. Customers will do business with companies that value them, regardless of a small difference in price. We want quality and service, and a company that stands behind their product. The Japanese have learned this, and that is why they are taking huge market shares away from American companies in their own country.
