Iverson Fitness Still continuing reports against RiaEnjolie Website Designs. These guys did not deliver on their promise to design a web-site for Iverson Fitness in a timely and quality manner. They have poor busin Monument, Colorado
RiaEnjolie Website Design is a complete ripoff. They are a company based out of NJ, but outsource most of their work parties we suspect live in India. They made promises that were never kept, did not design a quality web-site in a timely manner, and now refuse to give us our deposit back or let us have access to our domaine name - which was paid for in advance. RiaEnjolie claims they completed a web-site draft in two weeks. Completely FALSE. They designed a basic, two-column web template for our review, but it took several weeks to get this done. When we asked for changes to be made, it took several more weeks to see results. Pictures: We asked for pictures relative to health and wellness. We were sent pictures of body builders and muscle men - not the clientele we service. We asked for help uploading videos… they provided us with an "educational training session" and downloaded version of a word press manual and were told we had to do this ourselves. In fact, all of the changes we ask for included a response on how we could do this our self using their back office system. At one point, when we tried to make changes, the entire web-site design was lost. RiaEnjolie claims we deleted it. As a consumer, why would we intentionally delete our own web-site to further extend the time it took to complete. It turns out that the word press version we had access to was never updated. In fact, there have since been three updates to that system - yet RiaEnjolie did not extend those to his / their valued customers.
We tried to be patient and work with this company for several months, however, you can only be lied to so many times. Their customer service rep refused to let us speak with another supervisor or owner of the company and refused to give us any portion of our money back. If you are even thinking about a web-site design, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you have hours upon hours to spend on making updates yourself.
