Iverson Ford Bad job on both my steering wheel and A/C Billerica Massachusetts
I got my Ford Windstar's steering rod mechanism replaced as the original one failed - the replacement was never satisfactory as the steering is sometimes catches and stick - I took it down back a few times and they simply cannot diagnose and give satisfactory service. Total cost $1300.
The second time A/C they replaced compressor and condenser for $1200 and two weeks later A/C failed. They want some additional $1600 for further fixing as they missed seeing some pipe rust it on their original investigation. But they were sure everything will be fine when they first charged the $1200. I have no A/C now as i cannot put it another $1600 into this junk.
The main point here is their service is bad and unsatisfactory, they can't deliver what they promise. Their original diagnosis is less than mediocre. I agree owing a ford windstar is my mistake and going to this Ford Iverson deal was an even worse mistake.
