Ivory White Is A Joke! I got hoaxed Internet
I was online looking for a teeth whitening product and came across Ivory White. I was intrested becaused it said free trial. I thought well if its a free trial and does not work then I no longer needed the product.
The product came in the mail. Before it came I tried a different product and it worked wonders and I had no need for the Ivory White. So I returned the full product.
Well I thought everything was ok till I got my bank statement and found that I had been charged $78 and some change. I quickly called them and to my dismay they never recieved the package and I was out of luck. I explained to Kevin the customer service rep. I returned it immediately and I want my money back. Kevin became incredibly rude and told me "oh well your loss." I demanded to speak to his supervisor and he laughed at me. I said I wanted to speak to someone higher up than him. He told me "no not going to happen". I was outraged. I called several times and no one would put me thru to a supervisor/manager.
I would never ever recommend this product to anyone! Lesson learned: Beware when something says free!!!
