Rene Leblanc From Iweb.com Money was stolen from me by IWEB.com. NEVER REFUNDED. Montreal Quebec
Recently I was taken advantage of by one of iweb.com clients. After reporting fraud, I was promised a refund. This e-mail was given to me in January and the refund was promised immediately. However nothing happened.
Basically my Credit card account was hacked. Someone made a purchase on IWEB.com. They said that they would work with me, however they have failed to comply.
IWEB.com has BAD SECURITY MEASURES and poor customer service. Stay away from them. I wouldn't trust them with anything that has to do with websites. They can't even provide courtesy to the victim after I provided proof my information was billed to IWEB.com and for no reason!
STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Do business with a more reliable company than IWEB.com. Here is the e-mail I received which promised me a refund. However I NEVER RECEIVED IT!
