Iyogi tech support Tech genie Remote tech support hi jacked my computer acting as another virus protection program, it then took over my computer and uploaded everything. the tech refused to answer my questions and made him self the administrator of my computer. Internet
This service was attached to a well known virus protection service that is downloaded on to a computer by remote. It came on disguised as norton 360 and highjacked my computer, uploaded all of my information and made the company an administrator of my computer. they were untruthful about their service and took all of my information. I cannot retrieve any information that has been stolen from me and my computer is now worthless. They have since started to charge my credit card with several small charges daily. I had to block my card and get fraud protection. I am also in the process of calling all of my accounts to block any other information they might have hijacked.
