- Diagnose and fix Booting issue
- If Operating System reinstallation is required then ensure the following:
- Backing up Data
- Install OS, drivers, security application
- Ensure Internet Connectivity
- Perform windows updates
- Restore Data
- Delete data from the backup media (if taken on tech's drive)
- If hardware needs replacement then
- Ensure that you inform end user about defective component(s).
- Help end user procure the part online else procure part and revisit

Here it is January 2, 2016 and you company has failed to complete their commitment and has continued to ignore my e-mail and phone by my self and Field Nation account manager. This leave me no choice but to post this information on the internet on various tech site so IT techs will know and customers know that you can't keep a commitment nor can keep you word. Not to do business with Yogi Inc! As I have stated be before this is no way to do business. So I would suggest that you or who ever read this to complete your end of the bargain. This is a very bad way to start the new year out. I'm also going to file this in small claims court in your city and mine. You have until the 15 of January 2015 to make payment for my work I preformed as stated above or I will keep my promise I stated above. The Unpaid Tech,
