I ordered a dress for $177.00 from this company for my son's wedding that was advertised as having beading on the embelishments. The dress arrived and there were no beads. Their return policy said that they need to be contacted within 24 hours by phone after receiving the merchandise. I called the number listed on the return policy within 24 hours and it was out of service. I contacted their online chat line to request a working phone number and to confirm the return mailing address on the package. I was told not to send the dress back to the China address. The representative also said that they only provide information regarding pre orders on the chat line and I would need to email them regarding post orders.

I emailed them explaning the problem and asked for the return mailing address. The first of many ridiculous email responses requested that I send them a picture of the dress so, they can send it to their "quality check dept". I sent a picture of the dress by email and asked for their returned mailing address and phone number. They reponded saying "as you can see by the pictures, there are no beads on the dress and it would be difficult for us to add beading to the dress". The response did not have a return mailing address, but a fax number only. I attempted to sent the request by fax and a live person answered. I asked for the return mailing address and was told that I needed to send my request by email and they will figure things out.

After a few days of going back and forth by email with different representatives. None of the emails included a return mailing address. In the last email response the representative offered to refund me $15.00 and asked me to keep the merchandise because they will lose alot of money if they gave me a 50% return as stated in their return policy. She also said most return packages get lost and they never receive them. The representative then went on to suggest that I give the dress to a friend as a gift or sale it to someone. In conclusion, if I return the dress to China, I will pay more on the shipping cost than the $15.00 refund they offered. Either way I lose. I will never use this company again!!
