J C FINANCIAL GROUP CONSUMER'S REWARD PROGRAM LOTTERY BUFFALO New York
I got this letter today that said I won a lottery that included 98,000 customers. I was so excited because I do enter lotteries. My son heard about the scam which led me to look on line. Not that I would have acted without first calling my bank, I was lucky that my son had heard about the scam.
I reviewed the company and the only thing I found were negatives and this website confirming that this company, J C Financial Group is a fraud. The checks that the other folks received and the letter were almost identical. I was truly disappointed because I needed that money. How cruel is it that people try to take advantage of others. They need to work for their money the right way--just like I do.
I don't understand why we can't arrest these people. There are two name in the letter, Chuck Lee and Gloria Vincent. Another thing that alerted me that this couldn't be real was the envelop. An actual stamp was put on the envelop, which is very strange for a company. It also looks like it came from France. It says "from anywhere to anyone--De partout jusqu'a vous", with a post mark of 080624 03:00 LSE 2R0 094. I don't think the company is in the US at all.
