On Approx 1 dec 05 I placed an order for approx. $600. on 20 Dec my account was charged for a duplicate order which I did not order for $581.38 I have called and talked to a Reb. about this error. This error has cost my account to be overdrawn by three seperate stores. These over charges were at J CC Penney and two other stores. The bank has charged us $28. for every overdrawn account.All told I lost $84. If this CO had not made an error and sent me this duplicate order none of this would of occured. It now seems that J C Penney is trying to put the blame on us.. Its easier to blame the customer then put the blame where it belongs at your shipping dept.t According to the lady reb. she has used every excuss to blame us. I have a lady that does all my shopping for me, I am a disabled Marine in a wheel chairand I have to depend on others to shop for me. I can not afford to pay extra money to co,s like J C Penneys that blame every one except themselves. Many orders over the past year had to be returned because of shippig errors. This was a bad error on J C Penney. I also take offense that the Reb would tell me not to trust the lady that shoppes for me. Well I certainly take offence to that and I certainly trust her more then J C Penney She is a high standard lady and does not deserve this kind of treatment from this co, Since I am on a budget I will not shop at this co again. I have spent thousands of $ over the past year. This Co has ruined my credit and two other people
