My sister calld me up with a similar problem, she sent out a cheque and it was cashed with no product in return. I inturn did my own investigation and found out their head office is located at 260 Labrosse Point-Claire Quebec, I called an office located in the same building and the secretary told me Marvel had moved to a new location and gave me a new contact number 514-337-3755 I spoke with the secretary at Jd Marvel and she promised to look into the situation personally
