The owner Joe has been extremely unprofessional and dishonorable with me! To me this was the most disgraceful scam using the cheapest trickery ever.
When I returned my phone he refused to give me the money I paid for it claiming that t-mobile will send it to me within 8 weeks and said (&wrote it and signed) that if not I could just come back to the store and they would give the money to me. (hoping that I would forget about it by then). Well after the time had passed and no money came I went to the store to claim it.
First he said that he never signed it, than after a long argument admitted that he did, than he said that he will take 25 dollars of the amount unless I can show him the bill that I paid for it (which I of course no longer had), than he made me wait for 45 minutes while talking on the phone with a friend (and hoping I would go away). I had to call t-mobile reps to reason with him because he is not allowed to subtract 25 dollars of the amount like that. At the end he said that he couldn't return money to me because my credit card isn't working (I have used it before and since then without any problems). He kept pressing some buttons and then saying that he could not return me any money because there is something wrong with my card. T-mobile rep. (who was on the phone the whole time) completely agreed with me and submitted a claim against this guy/store.
My truest advice: Stay away!! This kind of treatment and deception should not be tolerated and allowed to continue!!
