I have been following the Heritage Finacial and Jabez rip off scam and am concerned that it may be heading here to Canada. I reciently found out about a company here in Nova Scotia called Jabez Financial Services Ltd and am wondering if it's the same company. They are registered in Panama and are saying they are an investment bank? Sounds fishy to me. Does anyone have any more information on this?

There are legal issues around this company. Refer to this link: http://www.gov.ns.ca/nssc/docs/jabez%20CTO%20Extension.pdf I do not know what is happpening, but it cannot be good is this company is mis-representing itself

First of all I want thank the web site ripoffreport.com for what seems to be a fair and equitable website for handling these issues. I also want to thank Scott from Halifax Nova Scotia for posing the question (on this site) without being definitive in accusation or overtly accusatory. I take issue with the title though who ever wrote that as it is definitive and accusatory. We are NOT Jabez Financial Group or Jubilee Financial Services Inc and we are NOT an investment Bank as stated in the title label of the report. My name is Quintin and I am the general manager of operations with full power of attorney for Jabez Financial Services Inc. of Panama. Our project and now company name was picked about four years ago by my Pastor at the time. It is a very popular Bible name related to prosperity and would recommend anyone to read first Chronicles 4:10 which is the prayer of Jabez. Accusing us of being the Jabez Financial Group or Jubilee Financial Services just because of our name is like accusing John Doe of anywhere land of being one of the many criminals in the jails of our countries whose name is also John Doe. We are not the other companies or groups listed in the USA. None of our staff or affiliates are US citizens and we have never done business in the USA during the time periods that the other companies were operating and don't intend to do any public business in the USA. We are not only registered in Panama but are licensed to handle and trade third party assets by the Panamanian government. Our registration and license is up to date and our Panamanian legal team is second to none in the world as far as I'm concerned. We are a private membership group that requires an invitation to get in. We are very pleased with our growth and present position. Our clients are also very happy with us and it's important to us to keep it that way. Our members have all our Company information and can contact us via email, fax and even phone when ever they want to. We have legal bank/trading accounts in five different legal jurisdictions of the World that are functioning very well at this very moment. We couldn't do that if we were one of the other mentioned US groups. In closing I just want to say thank you for the opportunity to address this issue on equal footing.
