Excuse me, but you bought two of these things before you bought this one? Why do you keep buying them if the first two were bad? Just a couple of questions that I had to ask. Why didn't you just go to your local discount store and buy one from there --one that you can check out in person to make sure that everything fits together exactly as it should --at least for your purposes? You all must have Wal-Mart, Target and other discount stores in Canada? I do not buy ANYTHING that I can not see for myself or check it out in person. If you are disabled, I think Canada has Handi-Rides services that come and get disabled persons and takes them where they need to go. We have them in the US. See if you can get back the money you spent on that one and DO NOT BUY ANYMORE PRODUCTS FROM THAT COMPANY! I hope you have someplace in Canada where you can go and complain about defective merchandise --especially if it came in the mail, the mail that is controlled by the government and not an independent mail carrier. You should still have an attorney general of your province or somebody like that to complain to about CONSUMER FRAUD. Good luck. "FOOL ME ONCE, SHAME ON YOU! FOOL ME TWICE,SHAME ON ME!" But THREE times?
