I honestly thought I was the only one taken for a ride by these clowns. I thought it would be fine having my taxes done by these guys. They filed it at the last minute, they forgot paperwork, so I got penalized. I wasn't able to go back and complain though because unbeknownst to me it was a seasonal office. And good luck with Corporate, they kept saying it was a branch issue and weren't doing anything about the fact that it was a seasonal office. Get a book, or better yet some software and do your taxes yourself.
