Jagat "Golden Offshore Drilling Inc UK" They cheated/dupped me with fraudulent job offer and promished faclilitaion of Visa process with British High Commission in New Delhi I am a victim of their fraud. I am a victim of Job Fraudulent offer by employer "GOLDEN OFFSHORE DRILLING INC UK" Address - Kings building, Smith Square, London - SW1P3J, Ph - 0044 703 592 2253, Fx - 0044 870 495 6373, Email: [email protected], WEB: www.goldenoffshore.co.uk
They cheated my money in name of Visa facilitation practices fee with British High Commission in New Delhi INDIA.
Their representative, Mr. Edward Marfil, Ph - 0091 9990980103 Email: [email protected] Mr. Elvice Stan, Ph - 0091 9004002028 Email:[email protected] based in New Delhi co-ordinated/contacted me for visa & other travel doc on behalf of employer. However, applied visa were not actually processed? but fees and other expenses were collected by their representativein Delhi, finally duped me and never either given me Visa approved by BHC or refunded my money?
When repeated attempts to call them over phone went unanswered? and absconding now to face and come over phone.
I seek justice and hope to get my hard earned money back from employer who had committed me to return back money in case Visa denied!!!

The same attitude I had received from company's HR Mgr. I pray god for well being and seek justice for this stress & suffering.
