JAGAX RUNESCAPE runescape/jagax banned my account for no reason ... did not even give me a warnign which is against the rules of he game and i still had money paid to them i was not even playing game at the time they Internet
Runescape/Jagax banned my account for no reason. I was not even playing the game at the time the offense was supposed to have been committed, i still have money on my account yet they give us an appeal which is denied immediatly with no reason and they tell you to go threw the forums but if you are banned you can not use the forums and there is no way to contact Jagax i have tried to even go threw the billing office only to be ignored. i am pulling my hair out at this situation for a month now even when you use their facebook, and twitter links they ignore you or give you fake emails to contact someoone at jagax. this is very bad business. they charge lot of money for membership only to ban people for no reason they even violated one of their own rules if i committed this offense i was supposed to receive warnings which i did not plus a muting which i did not yet i was banned and now they tell me threw automated emails i can not appeal it or get my account back.
