I received an email from Jagex Customer services. They understood my situation and resolved the issue. Since I always played by the rules, they unbanned my account. Too bad it took them so long to resolve it, but it does show that Jagex is doing it's best to solve genuine complaints.

the facts speak for themselves, they appoint in game moderators to police the game and have removed any email support or assistance. They have no phone support and they don;t even read the appeals. Plain and simple they could care less about the in game problems because they have people willing to pay cash to play. I am still waiting for the day everyone bands together and files a class action on this company of thieves and tyrants.
