Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I purchases 3 cable boxes that came with a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. The three boxes arrived after about three weeks from the order. When I tried to install them they did not work. I spoke to Jay and was asked to obtain new cards for the units from the cable company. I did this and they still did not work. I then had the cable company service people come to my house and they determined the cable box software was not comparable with their software. I spoke to Jay and he asked me to email him a request for a prepaid return shipping label for the units and he would send out new units. I did this and since then the company does not answer their phones or return my calls. I have left several voice messages.

The Engwood address is a garage. Jeff Davis (owner) uses this address as a front so he can not be tracked. His home office is 1970 La Bellezza Grv, Colorado Springs, CO 80919. Phone # 719 593 1240.

There are hundreds of posted complaints: the BBB in Denver, ripoff, scam, complaint sites. Go to any search engine put in jam enterprises and POP approx 20 sites we be shown to you.

Call the Englewood police at 303 761 7410 and post a detailed complaint, ask for a file number and request that the report sent to the DA,s office. In turn it will be forwarded to the Attorney General.

Send a written report to the BBB in Denver. Send a written report to Internet Crime Complaint Center at 1c3.gov/defaultaspx. This site is run by the FBI and was suggested to me by the Governors's office.

Go to your bank with as much proof as possible and request that the transaction be reversed. That is how I was able to get my money returned.
